A month's passed since I enrolled in Slimmer's World and I did mention that yesterday, Paulo, my pseudo-trainer did a re-assessment to check on improvements and body results. You'd remember me raving about how satisfactory the results were. So now - it IS time to shift gears. Yesterday, Pau, was working on a new program for me. And today, I was excited to see and learn the things that he cooked up for me. I was at the gym around 9AM instead of my usual 2PM. Wow. He added a lot of stuff for me to do.
I have this new set of exercises to learn. Jolly, another trainer from Slimmer's, assisted me this morning. She sat down with me to help me figure out this new super awesome program. Looking at my card, they all looked easy. Or so I thought. Doing them is a different story. I admit that I did have a rather difficult time today. I also feel bad that I didn't finish learning everything. After my last set of the Arnold Press, I was close to the state of tiredness and I still had to run. I wanted to run.Ü By the way, I posted an Arnold Press image so you know what I'm talking about. I wonder when am I gonna have an exercise named after me.Ü
It's been a tiring, but fun morning. And tomorrow, I have yet to learn the rest of the exercises. I think I'll take a nap after this.

Found the Arnold Press image in this site.
Thank you so much.Ü

Hi Russ! Thanks for dropping by my blog. Can we exchange links? ;)
ah yan pala yung ARNOLD PRESS..
I would like to try it but i think yang program na yan is for losing weight nga.
Ako gain weight dapat.
Baka pwede mo akong ipuslit ng program for gaining weight. :)
Yung mala -brandon boyd muscles ehem! ang program? :)
gusto ko talaga lean muscles lang.
ang meron lang ako dito are two 10 pounds dum bells.
DIANE.
By all means, go ahead :)
GREEN MANGOES.
I think it's best if you enroll at a gym so that your body can be assessed and at the same time, a Fitness Trainer can customize a program for you. :)
You can tell them what your goal(s) are and they'll tailor-fit exercises that will help you achieve what you want.
oh alright.
i will try your suggestion sooner. :)
